Seven Heavens

Life on the go ❤️

A little bit of you

A little bit of me

A little bit of us in all you see

Light

What are you curious about?

How would it be ? On the other side

Would it be the same day and night

Or a ball of bright white light

Would it again rage a battle and fight

to breathe freely and speak what’s right ?

Would be an expanse of oceans green

Where every soul and heart is seen ?

Or Would it be merely a rosy dream

a wicked walk through a sewn seam?

Would it be all peace and zen

without a ‘how’, ‘where’ and ‘when’?

Or surviving a famished lions den

glorifying the sword; mortifying the pen

How will the Other Side be ?

For living eyes shall never see

A thwarted soul would then be free

rejoicing in the Presence of the Great Almighty

  1. Dear Celina
    Now I will not ask & bore you.
    Let it be.

  5. Hi Celina – your questions capture something profound about the unknowable mystery ahead. The imagery of light battling darkness, souls being truly seen, and finding freedom in divine presence feels deeply human. These eternal wonderings connect us all – perhaps that uncertainty itself is part of what makes this life so precious and meaningful.

  6. Hello Bob,
    You are right in saying so! The unknowable will always intrigue humans and draw them closer to know what it all is. It’s absolutely that unknown, quoting you “that uncertainty” is what makes our life meaningful.

    Thank you so much Bob for being kind enough to express your feelings towards my humble work here ! ❤️ God bless you ❤️

  8. The questions you ask echo the same ones I’ve carried quietly for years. What is on the other side? You captured the uncertainty, the wonder, and the fear so vividly — that contrast between peace and pain, hope and mystery.

    Lines like “glorifying the sword; mortifying the pen” hit hard — they speak to the madness we sometimes call righteousness. And yet, you end it with that powerful hope: the soul, finally free, resting in the presence of something greater.

    Beautifully done. Honest. Thought-provoking.

  9. The sign of being a great writer is to easily confuse the reader & not let him know thar he is confused. Despite that, I will try hard not to get confused & in a determined manner, garner courage to ask you (since you gave clean chit, I dont bore you 😍) that I had said about first PM Pt Nehru & his great grand daughter in law being from Italy & your name being Italian. If you responded to that, then my apology. 🙏
    I breathed a sigh 😕 😔

  21. Light
    If you can’t be a sun, be a moon;
If you can’t be a moon, be a beacon;
If you can’t sparkle, glitter at night;
If you can’t glitter, hold a lamp to lighten.
